Procedure:

• Broken tiles are replaced
• Roof is pressure cleaned (no chemicals used)
• Spoutings are cleaned of moss and debris
• Site is cleaned after washing of roof
• Cappings are fully pointed and adhesive is added to mortar   to make it waterproof
• Depending on tile surface, one coat of primer is sprayed
• Three coats of colour sealants applied (two if primer coat is applied before hand)
• All work is guaranteed in writing
